1. General
This policy explains what personal data may be processed when you use the IN·DESIGN website and services, why it is needed, and what rights you have in relation to that data.

2. Data we may process
- name, phone number and email address;
- answers submitted through consultation and project briefs, including information about the property, household, budget, timing and design preferences;
- project access code, account information and data required to operate the client workspace;
- plans, photographs, files and visual references that you choose to upload;
- project and workspace interactions required to provide the service;
- minimal technical funnel events such as project views and calculator or brief progress. These analytics do not include your name, phone number, email, questionnaire contents or uploaded-file contents.
3. Purposes
- responding to enquiries and providing consultations;
- preparing proposals, preliminary estimates and design work;
- running the project workspace, communication and file exchange;
- procurement, supervision and other agreed studio services;
- AI-assisted analysis of briefs, plans or references where the relevant feature is used;
- security, abuse prevention, request-rate controls and reliable service operation;
- privacy-conscious, non-identifying funnel analysis used to improve the site.
4. Processing operations and providers
Depending on the feature, processing may include collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, use, limited disclosure to technical processors, restriction and deletion.
The site uses Supabase for certain authentication, database and file-storage functions, as well as Lovable infrastructure and connected AI services for website and AI-analysis features. Providers receive only the data needed to perform the relevant technical operation.
5. AI features
AI analysis is an assistive tool used for preliminary interpretation of briefs, plans or visual references. AI output may be inaccurate and is reviewed by a person before it is relied on in project work.
Website AI features are not used to make automated decisions that independently create legal effects for you or similarly have a significant impact on your rights.
6. Retention
Data is retained no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, project delivery, agreed services and applicable obligations. Retention may differ between enquiries, active projects, project materials and technical records.
Main-brief drafts have a technical retention limit. You may also request deletion where continued retention is not required on another applicable basis.
7. Security
Access to working data is limited according to role and purpose. Relevant features use access controls, private file storage, temporary server-generated links and AI request-rate limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security of transmission or storage.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request information about your data, ask for correction, restriction or deletion, or withdraw a consent you previously gave by emailing ilnagavkin@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry or project.
Withdrawal does not invalidate processing carried out before the request and does not prevent processing that remains necessary on another applicable legal basis.
9. Technical providers and international processing
External technical services may be used to operate the website. Their infrastructure and processing locations can differ. Publishing this policy does not replace any statutory filings, assessments or other formalities that may apply to a particular storage or international-transfer arrangement.
10. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when website functionality, processed data or applicable requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
